SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

• We now ship to over 120 countries worldwide.
• We ship the items directly from India within 36 hours of receiving confirmed payments. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 36 hours or 3 business days with the exception of Indian public holidays where it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
• If you however require an early dispatch please get in touch before you place the order.

Please Note: Duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.

• We are not responsible for any wrong or non deliverable addresses.
• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
• Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
• Actual Return Shipping Charges will be deducted if the buyer does not accept the order.

• Most countries have the option of FREE International shipping over an order value of $150USD.
• As soon as your cart total is over $150USD you will see the option of free shipping.
• Below an order of $150USD you can add pieces at checkout and enter your delivery address for an estimate.

DELIVERY PERIOD - INTERNATIONAL

• Express Shipping – (Delivery time 8-10 working days). Orders with Express shipping will be delivered by Aramex, DHL, FEDEX or UPS.
• Priority Express Shipping – (Delivery time 4-5 working days)

• We are not responsible for service transit time which are provided by the carrier and may vary with destination particularly peak periods.

SHIPPING INFORMATION - INDIA

• Shipping charges in India Free shipping on all orders with delivery in India irrespective of value.

DELIVERY PERIOD - INDIA

• Orders shipped via Standard Shipping through DTDC/Blue Dart are delivered within 6-7 business days.
• Delivery to metro locations will be in about 3-4 days.

REFUND INFORMATION

• Custom orders can't be returned.

• If you are unsatisfied with an item for whatsoever reason, we will accept returns only if the product is returned within seven days of receiving in intact and unused condition.

• Buyer has to pay shipping to return the item back to us.

• Shipping and insurance charges paid at the time of placing the order, if any are non refundable.

• Actual shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount for items with FREE SHIPPING.

• Refund will be given as Store Credit.

• Order once placed will not be cancelled.

• If there is any issue with regards to your product received, you need to notify our team within 7 days of receiving the product.
