  • We ship the items directly from India within 36 hours of receiving confirmed payments. We aim to dispatch all orders within 36 hours or 3 business days with the exception of Indian public holidays where it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

  • Express Shipping – (Delivery time 8-10 working days). Orders with Express shipping will be delivered by Aramex, DHL, FEDEX or UPS.
  • Priority Express Shipping – (Delivery time 4-5 working days)
  • We are not responsible for service transit time which are provided by the carrier and may vary with destination particularly peak periods.

  • Shipping charges in India Free shipping on all orders with delivery in India irrespective of value.

DELIVERY PERIOD - INDIA

  • Orders shipped via Standard Shipping through DTDC/Blue Dart are delivered within 6-7 business days.

REFUND INFORMATION

  • Custom orders can't be returned.

  • If you are unsatisfied with an item for whatsoever reason, we will accept returns only if the product is returned within seven days of receiving in intact and unused condition.
  • Buyer has to pay shipping to return the item back to us.
  • Shipping and insurance charges paid at the time of placing the order, if any are non refundable.
  • Actual shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount for items with FREE SHIPPING.
  • Refund will be given as Store Credit.
  • Order once placed will not be cancelled.
  • If there is any issue with regards to your product received, you need to notify our team within 7 days of receiving the product.
